There was a lawsuit in Texas from a guy that didn’t want to pay taxes knowing that they were going to planned parenthood because it conflicted with his antiabortion ideals. Whatever happened to that guy? I don’t want to pay taxes if it goes to this stuff.

To be clear, Bowman won the battle, not the war he’s fighting with the IRS and the Oregon U.S. District Court, when federal Judge Michael W. Mosman dismissed a felony tax evasion charge against Bowman.

Bowman still faces four misdemeanor counts of willful failure to file tax returns.
