Yes - Feinstein put her Tahoe estate on the market the other day - $41M asking. Francis Ford Coppola sold his winery ( although you be fair, it was more of a merger because apparently he still holds equity). But definitely yes....I saw an article yesterday that 401(k)s are up 24% over last year. Why clear the portfolios now?
