This is my understanding of what the FDA did.
They muddied the waters to give the appearance of giving full FDA approval to the Pfizer jab, without actually doing it.
On the same day they both extend the Emergency Use Authorization for the Pfizer Jab that we all know and (do not) love, and they say they have full approval of another Pfizer product called Comirnaty, which is a different product that is the same thing.
Why didn't they offer their approval for the Pfizer jab that everybody has been taking? Why only this other product with a different name?
Because along with the Emergency Use Authorization comes legal liability for Pfizer. It doesn't matter if it kills you instantly when it is injected. Your family will not be able to hold Pfizer liable.
Comirnaty does not have this legal shield for Pfizer. But Pfizer isn't worried because they have no intention of manufacturing it or giving it to anybody. They gave it a name that is very hard to remember and spell properly. It exists only to support the notion that the Pfizer jab is now FDA approved.
The FDA doesn't have to worry about the consequences of bypassing all their normal procedures, because Comirnaty will never be given to anybody.
This is a very interesting take. Anyone who is mandated to take the Pfizer jab can say it is not FDA approved, tell the military or business that you will take Comimaty not Pfizer. If they say they are the same thing, tell them they have a different name and you will not take unless approved. Explain the liability to them, tell them they will have to sign a contract taking liabilty. Take them to court on it.
Of course my preference is just to tell them to Fuck Off and deal with the consequences.
This is a brilliant point. Worth a post of it's own, I think!
Tell your employers that you will of course consider taking the FDA Approved vaccine Comirnaty, but not the non-FDA approved Pfizer jab. You are not taking a risk, because Pfizer will NEVER take the risk of manufacturing any of it.
So some clarification here: Comirnaty is the Pfizer vaccine. I know it's not clearly stated in the authorization document but there is other documentation out there which shows that Comirnaty is just the newly-released brand-name of their product, the Pfizer-BioNTech SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccine. It's confusing AF, but, they do refer to the same thing.
like how Acetaminophen is the medical name but Tylenol is the brand name. Same medication, two names.
Which is exactly what I said.
INCORRECT INFORMATION.
