Early 90s. Back when I was into the cardboard crack in my preteen years playing MTG (the card game not the lady lol) this was always the card game I saw in my Inquest price guide that I wanted to play but no one I knew did.
Could be. The guy in the video said 1994. I never heard of it before and took him at his word.
Regardless, the cards are chillingly accurate.
I specifically remember the cards with the first black president, hippies beating cops and the twin towers
