I don't believe for a second that Trump would willingly encourage the public around the world to get hurt or worse, simply to take down Big Pharma. He would rather warn against it, and be on the right side of history.

I think he really tried to bring forward a good product by clearing out the red tape as quickly as possible. That being said, I believe Big Pharma took advantage of him and produced something that would never have been approved in the previous process, allowing the public to assume the risk of bad medicine.
