This doc tells more about present status under Lloyd A, regarding ECW and the changes Chris M made, which as ECW said enacted John FKs vision, (aka NSAM 55-57).

So fwiw according to this, on pg 6 of doc, last paragraph, ECW appears to be in position at D of D still. Unless Im reading wrong feel free to correct me.
