Just walked out of a restaurant in Dallas, Texas because they require you wear a mask to walk 40 feet to a table. We didn't wear a mask there a couple of weeks ago, not going through this crap again. I asked if Governor Abbott said it was mandated. She shrugged her shoulders & said that's what she was told. You wanna lose business? Well, you knock yourself out!

Businesses can require it, but aren't forced to in Texas. If the business is doing it, go somewhere else - don't give them your money.
In fact Dallas tried to defy the order recently and ordered Dallas county to have a mask mandate. It got struck down by the Texas Supreme Court.
Clay "Howdy Doody" Jenkins issued a mask mandate.
I obey Texas LAW not some politician's power grab mandates. Mandates are NOT LAWS.
I live in Dallas and so far I have just proceeded without a mask. No one has stopped me and I am prepared if they do.
Now I don't go to places like Walmart (personal choice) so I don't how it is with them.
Just had a tremendous meal at Ali Babas on 75, they don't care if you have a mask on. Tons of people without a few with, everybody is just there to eat.
Phuck them.
I'd rather eat where I'm not forced to wear a mask. I know where that is & I like it.
City of Dallas imposed the mask mandates, even though Abbott banned them. Liberal cities are the bane of our existence.
Jenkins is an over reaching asshole...nothing in Texas is required right now of course businesses are private enterprises so they can set whatever rules they want of their customers and its up to the customers to choose to shop there or not.
I havent bothered myself with any masks at any place in DFW the entire year. I recently had dinner in Dallas and saw that they did put up a sign saying masks were required but this was on my way out after i walked in without anything. No one said anything but if they did I would have left.
Like the restaurant in Denton that is closing down next week because of their policies - any private business can set whatever policy they want but if their business happens to do poorly as a result of these policies - thats on them to change or shut down.
City of Dallas didn't impose shit, it is that Marxist asshole County Commissioner Clay Jenkins again.
Ugh, that guy is awful and seems to stick his nose into everything
Yeah same shit just happened here in western Canada. I could see it from a mile away. Carrot, stick, carrot, stick. You think I'm a dummy. Fuck off homo.
Fuck em
Good4you!
