Today they notified us that if we aren’t vaxxed by sept 11 we go on a 4 week unpaid leave and if we aren’t vaxxed by then they will consider it a mutual separation, and will give neutral info on new job inquiries… Unless I get approved for an exemption and in that case I have to get tested weekly… I work from home in another state.
I’m going to let it play out and let them fire me then join any lawsuits that come out of it… anybody have any info on any lawyers or groups I can start looking into?

No, no, no! There is nothing "mutual" or agreed upon by you. I would absolutely NOT sign anything that states or implies that you mutually agree. If they chose to terminate you then that is 100% their decision and action, and in no way mutually supported by you.
If they try some shit to force you out, ask for a separation letter with “eligibility for rehire.” Ive been told that can help getting unemployment since it shows you did nothing wrong.
