Today they notified us that if we aren’t vaxxed by sept 11 we go on a 4 week unpaid leave and if we aren’t vaxxed by then they will consider it a mutual separation, and will give neutral info on new job inquiries… Unless I get approved for an exemption and in that case I have to get tested weekly… I work from home in another state.
I’m going to let it play out and let them fire me then join any lawsuits that come out of it… anybody have any info on any lawyers or groups I can start looking into?

My wife informed me that her friend that works at a medical health care company was ordered along with her fellow employees to get the vaxx. Over one hundred employees refused their unlawful dictate. Now, the company is backing down.
A company must follow what is lawful. There is no law for mandatory vaccination. What is not lawful and is enforced as if it was law is coercion. There are State laws and penalties against this.
In the end, anyone attacking these corporate mandatory vaxx policies need to attack it from the legal question what law is there for this policy? If they respond with CDC Guidance or even a mayoral order, they are inferior to legislated law.
Before this however, make you have the absolute Right to informed consent. Make them jump though all the hoops answering your questions. And allow their answers to build your legal case for you. At the same time talk about your religious belief as being created in the image of God and thus having sanctity and the final determination over your own body.
