This just looks like a "spec" they are normal and are from the filling process. Japan's farms code is that all vials are to be defect free. While everywhere else they are reletivly defect free.
That spec could be plastic from the guide rails or from a crash when filling. I inspect vials and although rare nothing to concerned about. But with the cabal who knows what it is.
These vaccines are sensitive to ao many things many are nit active when they reach people. Maybe exposed to heat as Moderna must be cooled and spoiled?
