Nah, the school shootings are 100000% planned, executed and covered up by the FBI.

I'm going to create a list myself, but it seems that in literally EVERY mass shooting the past ~20 years, the shooter "was known to the FBI" / had been "recently interviewed by the FBI" but, shocker...... the FBI "found no reason to follow up" or flat out admits they "dropped the ball" in following up.....

yeah that's what i mean by instigated, the FBI grooms school shooters, they're not exactly crisis actors but more like MK Ultra victims. The shooters are always involved in some extensive therapy and doped up on psychotropics, while being ignored on the FBI "watch list".
