I posted las week that my job is requesting mandatory vacation, however, I have a medical exception due to my pregnancy. I normally work in the community as a case manager, today I had to come to the office and have encounter several of co-workers that will either get exceptions or wait until the company fires them.
I said that I will wait until my baby is here and them ill let them fire me, everyone is on edge and resignations are starting to pop-up. The company will be in destimated to nothing, especially because I and other 3 people are the only Spanish speakers in the company that composed 30% of the cases we carry.
Other areas of the company: recovery houses, children programs... etc, are having major issues with staff members that are resigning. We ate the only company in Philadelphia, PA that offers mental health and drug addiction services. Kensington and Allegheny will see the raise of a major "the walking death" escenario and death due to overdose will be insane.
Bless you and best wishes!
That's an odd title, but I'm still giving you an updoot.
Stand your ground and de stress as best you can. Your baby will grow up to be a warrior and a patriot .
Excellent plan. They will cave, as will all of these companies when they see their best workers leaving. I recommend you demand a raise when they beg you to stay.
Thank you for sharing and for standing your ground.
