While I put more weight to this than other efforts I am like you and will wait to see something happen before I get to worked up about it.

If the BoS still refuses and the money is withheld theres gonna be some mighty pissed off people in Maricopa County. Money is a powerful motivator. So even if this doesnt get the desired results directly that lack of funding may have County Agencies and the People kicking the doors down themselves when they see their pet programs defunded and figure out where the actual blame lies.
