I’m sick of people like Lin Wood saying everything happening in our country is because “we turned our backs on God”. That is absolutely untrue. The majority of the population has done nothing of the sort. We are under attack by demonic and evil forces. What about all of these other Godless and evil countries? Last time I checked they were doing fine. Instead of acting like we’re the modern day Sodom and Gomorrah where’s there’s not a single righteous person left, how about you come to the realization that the majority of this countries population is still made up of great and faithful people. And what we’re experiencing is a major spiritual battle. This diabolical government that is running our country was not put into place by us and the majority of this countries population does not agree with anything it is doing. Stop blaming your own countrymen for this situation when satan is the one responsible

Disagree.
Go to any major city and it's absolutely like Sodom or Gomorrah.
This is a battle for people trying to change the National of Israel into the State of Israel.
These are 2 different things.
People of God
vs
Synagogue of Satan
I love Mr. Wood and hope he turns people to Jesus, but I also agree with you. I am also tired of the narrative that people who have no access or power are the ones responsible for the crimes being done the last 30 years or more by the elites in congress and their extended families and networks.
It depends on what "turning your back on God" means. I don't believe Lin Wood meant it in such a way, but: If you look at it from the perspective of esoteric Christianity, we have turned our backs on God.
"In traditional forms of Christianity, there is the doctrine of justification, which defines the removing of our guilt and penalty of sin, and making the sinner righteous again. The core idea is that the life of Jesus Christ atoned for all the sins of the world, and through either faith alone (if you are a Protestant), or good works based upon faith, this justification is accomplished. In this interpretation, there is a substitutionary atonement that the life and works, the drama of Jesus Christ, made. The atonement, because Jesus died on the cross, the sins of all of us are washed away. This is viewed, in the exoteric way, as a historical fact.
From inner, esoteric Christianity, all of this must be understood as something happening within our heart and mind, within our soul and spirit. Yes, Jesus Christ indeed was (and continues to be) a person of great exultation who provides the teaching and the way. But the events of the New Testament are not merely a historical recounting. Those events of the New Testament are pointing towards spiritual realities that must occur within ourselves."
From this inner perspective, we fully surrendered to our "satanic" defects like our anger, greed, envy, hatred, desires, wants etc. because even though we 'believe' in a God, we do not live a life like Jesus did. We do not have unconditional compassion or love for our enemies, some not even for their families, for example. We have a lot of inner, spiritual /psychological work to do until God may rest in his temple (our soul) again.
Bullshit. I dare you to go love one of those suicide bombers in person.
They'll blow your hippie ass off the square mile. That's the reality.
Its something the New Age thinking doesnt understand. It's akin to the tone deafness of the upper class white liberals in San Francisco ignoring the harsh reality across the bridge in Oakland.
Its a lot easier to preach faith and love behind a keyboard, but whens the last time you went down to the hood and got involved with helping someone on a personal level? Ground Zero will wake your ass up.
Americans have died today. Families have been broken today, imagine how it sounds to those people when you run your mouth and say "youre not 'loving your enemy' ".
This has nothing to do with new age. It was Jesus on the cross, who was being tormented, who still treated his tormentors with compassion. Love is not just what we nowadays think of it as in 'affection'. Love can be very brutal, like putting a suffering animal out of it's misery by killing it. Your emotional outburst is beside the point, we have turned our backs on God and we'll all be going to be recycled unless we make a change within ourselves.
