I believe that Trump set things up and if Biden and his clown world followed the plan, things would of ben fine however, Trump(and his crew) suspected that there was no way the TDS crowd would of followed his administrations plan because, that would give Trump props for it. Everything that Trump and his admin set up and was working, Biden and his clowns tore up just like Pelosi and the state of the union, the border, the fuel independency, other foreign policies. "to make them their own". In a way you can say he set them up but, it was more like it was just that, just like everything else Trump put into place, he knew that Biden goons were going to rip up and toss aside to do their own thing, what shows just how corrupt and BAD they are at policies.
