That is exactly the point. People ask "How can Biden be this incompetent?" The answer is right in front of them - he can't be. Why won't people ask the right question, which is: "Why is Biden making all these bad moves?" I think people that never served are unaware of how things will actually work if push comes to shove and they actually do declare Marshall Law.
