My employer just tipped me off that now that the vaccines are safe and fda approved, I "may" be required to receive the vaccine in the next few months. They "would hope that I would go on my own so that's not the case"
So I need an employee exemption but not depending on it being eua since that is seemingly over with.
Hippa doesn't apply to most situations.
It looks like I'm left to calling their bluff and seeing if they'll force my hand by demanding it or face termination
