It takes more than that. A four month old shill is easy enough to spot by their lack of comments, or, their poor comment history (e.g., lots of downvotes).
Some people who are long time, well known members (i.e., you recognize the name as soon as you read it, positive contributors) are also "dooming" as of late.
I suspect most or all of those are genuine people. Some could be shills playing the long term infiltration + sliding game, though.
It's advanced shilling tactics. What they do is gain a reputation as a supporter and turn on the movement at critical times for maximum impact.
A great example is the "Educating Liberals" guy who posted generally on point stuff on social media all the way until right before the election then suddenly turned on Q and Trump. There's a Q post warning us about this specific thing. I'll see if I can find it unless someone else has it on reference.
You'd see that a lot with conservatives in the past. They'd vote with conservatives 90% of the time except when it mattered the most then they'd also vote with the leftists. But what did they do? They ran to their voters and say "Look! Look! I vote almost entirely with conservatives."
Most votes on things don't matter, but there are votes that really, really matter. That's when they'd backstab.
Same with certain accounts here. They build big reputation and seem on our side, but they see a critical weakness they turn and undermine people. It's very clear. However, they've accumulated lots of rep by the time they reveal their true colors.

Ya know....I'd never differentiated. THANK YOU. I have noticed seasoned accounts slipping by mods because that had several MAGA-Q-ish sounding posts.
