The Declaration of Restoration Publicly declared on the 27th day of August, 2021

“When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one People to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they declare the causes which impel them to the separation”(Declaration of Independence [DI]). The United States of America is a Republic with a Constitution intended to restrict the Government from tyrannical rule over the people, and with a system of checks and balances meant to prevent any one branch from behaving in the fashion of a dictator. Throughout the years We the People have trusted those elected to the various positions only to have them violate that trust repeatedly. At every election, We the People elect new people hoping they will return to the guidance of the Constitution, but their promises are largely forgotten as soon as they take office, and they are quickly absorbed into a cabal-like body that has no thought whatever about serving the people. The result has been that the leadership now think and behave as dictators and tyrants rather than servants of the people. The People are abused and exploited, lawlessness in the streets is ignored or even encouraged, aliens are permitted to intrude and commit multiple crimes with impunity, judges refuse to examine evidence of real wrong doing, and major industries are encouraged and assisted in enforcing the will of an evil government on the People. World powers with endless funds wield influence over legislators, judges and Presidents, much in the way of petty kings. The will of the People is utterly disregarded. We find ourselves in similar position as our original Founders; there is no way to right the intolerable wrongs perpetrated on the People other than to completely remove all involved in such violation and treason against the People and the world and to install new leaders who will defend and protect the Constitution and will serve the people accordingly. We believe as did our Founders that all People are created equal and are endowed by the creator with “certain unalienable rights, among these are life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.” We agree that Governments are created by the People to be of service to the People. “Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it and to institute new powers in such form as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness…When a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security” (DI). The history of the current leaders of the Congress, the Courts, and the Executive Branch is one of unending violations of our Constitution, constant infringement on the People’s rights, and corruption of the worst kinds in the very highest levels of elected politicians, including appointed members of the judicial system, and unelected bureaucracies that have unlawfully assumed power over the people. It has become clear to the People of all 50 States that their object is the “establishment of absolute Tyranny over these States.” We the People will not tolerate the destruction of our Constitution and our nation, but rather divorce ourselves from levels of corruption unimagined by our Forefathers and demand the restoration of the Constitution of the United States and of the Constitutional Republic which our Forefathers designed. The following facts support our claim. While only Congress has been granted the authority to create laws, the Executive Branch has been permitted to create unending executive orders which unlawfully remove and restrict the rights of the people. The Governors are forced through threats of withheld federal funds to enact executive orders, legislation, and regulations that are not Constitutionally legislated laws, all of which severely inhibit the Rights of free people. Unelected bureaucracies and corrupt media powers have bribed and threatened the members of the justice department to neglect their responsibility of protecting the Constitution, even going so far as to permit the absolute theft of the office of Presidency using multiple methods of voter fraud, vote stealing, and election law violation to effect their intent to destroy the Republic of the United States; the current occupant of the White House was never elected by the people but was simply placed in office following a deliberate corruption and theft of the 2020 election. Congress has imposed double and triple taxation upon the American People that provides no benefit to the People but deprives the People of benefit of our own labor, while funding organizations, policies, and individuals whose activities are antithetical to a free America. Members of Congress have colluded with the Executive Branch to inhibit and destroy American business at every opportunity; at the present time they are preventing America’s ability to be energy independent by needlessly shutting down oil pipelines, while asking foreign nations to increase production; current legislation created by Congress but not yet passed by the Senate includes taxation on miles traveled by Americans in addition to exhorbitant spending far beyond the nation’s ability to ever pay the debt. This waste, tyranny and imposition on the People can be tolerated no longer. The Congress and the Executive Branch have exposed the people to invasion by criminals on the southern border of the United States, and have caused the release of convicted criminals into American society, impacting the safety of all Americans. Judges have been made dependent on the corrupt will of those in Congress and in the media who have usurped the governing of the nation. The role of the judicial branch is to ensure that the Constitution is followed; instead, they have refused legitimate cases and have legislated from the bench in favor of the forces of evil. Congress has permitted and participated in the development of endless offices and bureaucracies—none of which are defined by the Constitution—for the purposes of writing legislation, which Congress often passes without reading, and for harassing the people through unlawful mandates, unconstitutional oversight, and never-ending regulations by which the people’s rights and sustenance are continually infringed upon. The three branches of the Government have conducted sham trials and investigations against those most obviously involved in criminal activity, including the murder of American citizens while punishing, censoring, and imposing fines on Americans who have not been accused of any crime; this corrupt government has imprisoned American citizens without accusing them of any crime, and is at the present time imprisoning numerous citizens who were present but accused of no crime on Jan 6, 2021; such imprisonment is in direct disregard of the IVth amendment to the Constitution. The corrupt leaders at every level have allowed and encouraged insurrections among us, specifically groups such as Antifa and Black Lives Matter, who have been able to create riots, burn cities and murder citizens with impunity. The corrupt bureaucracies, compromised and complicit members of Congress, and the corrupted mainstream media have taken over American education and the American health care system for their own financial gain, teaching America’s youth falsehoods and “training” them toward a lifelong dependence on a tyrannical government. They have taken advantage of an illness which—due to their own lies, misrepresentation, threats against doctors and hospitals, and needless terrorizing of the people—has led to threats of more tyranny including but not limited to virtual coercion to submit to untested experimental medical treatment with demonstrated dangerous and even deadly side effects. Such coercion is in direct violation of the Nuremberg Code and our own Constitution. The executive Branch has committed major treason against these United States and has shamed the nation before the world by needlessly surrendering to a criminal regime, namely the Taliban; and has armed and supplied America’s enemies with deadly weapons and materiel; and has abandoned and needlessly left in harm’s way thousands of American citizens, foreign nationals friendly to America, and citizens of allied nations who had trusted in America’s ability to defend them. Furthermore, when private organizations, funded by the People have courageously attempted to remove endangered people from Afghanistan, the US State department has told receiving countries not to accept the refugees. Such action is treason against the United States and violation of trust once granted to the United States from multiple allied countries. We, the American People have petitioned our elected officials, engaged in peaceful protests and have worked to make the truth known, only to be ignored by our Representatives and silenced by a corrupt media. Therefore, We the People of the 50 States of the United States of America, do by the authority of our Creator, solemnly declare and affirm that we are free from the mandates of a corrupt and illegitimate government, and that the current corrupt and unlawful administration and all parts of the government that collude with and support the unlawful actions are totally dissolved. We declare to the world that our duly, lawfully elected President is Donald J Trump, and we reject the destructive decisions, mandates, regulations, and other such actions on the part of the Biden administration and any bureaucratic offices, members of Congress and members of the Judicial Branch that have collaborated with, encouraged or simply ignored the ongoing destruction of the United States of America. We refute and reject all mandates, legislations, regulations, decrees, executive orders, and other intrusions from previous administrations that continue to affect our lives and demand the Restoration of the Constitution of the United States. We appeal to our elected sheriffs and to such portions of the military as are still loyal Americans and still able and willing to perform their sworn duty of protecting and defending the Constitution of the United States to take whatever action may be necessary to dismantle and remove the Joe Biden, Kamala Harris—along with all of their supporters—from the position of President and Vice President of the United States. This shall include but is not limited to corrupted judges, the compromised and corrupt CIA, FDA, FBI, IRS, NIH, Department of Education, and numerous other Departments, Offices and Bureaucratic groups that operate for their own benefit at the expense of the People.
