Biden is so demented, he doesn't even grasp what's happened. He's following orders from the CCP. I wouldn't be surprised if that military equipment ends up with the Chinese.

I've also noticed he has been using the same answer to spontaneous questions: "You'll be the first to know (or I'll call)". Guess he's settled on a pat answer when he doesn't know what to say.
