Oh, I responded to your comment before I read the article.

From the headline, I thought Cotton was suggesting the Democrats were planning an attack on Americans here at home by the Democrat Totalitarian government, such as a gun roundup, or a false flag attack. That would have been a very spicy hot take by Senator Cotton... and spot-on accurate, most likely, too. They're running out of options - they are almost certainly going to try to provoke violence.

So if my response seemed like kind of a non-sequiter... that'd be why. 😁
