I know we have to have certain contingencies for the national security in a major crisis, but this getting around the Constitution needs to be dealt with.

We’ve been in a State of Emergency since 9/11 and Covid is another one.

Last I checked we were under 16.

Indeed it was. Trump also disappeared for a few days after January 6th.

Considering we still have internet, I'm feeling more and more like devolution is in progress... If the Commies were taking over they would have rolled the tanks in every major capital and cut off all communication.
