Looks like the DS wanted kids not from Mexico to include in their child-trafficking operation. I feel so sorry for the kids, all of them, no matter where they come from.
Brown children are easier to "lose".....
If this is the case I hope these children are being protected as witnesses by the white hats so they can indict and prosecute the baddies.

Looking at water through a Biblical prism, water means two things. In one form, it represents Gods living word to mankind.
In The Book of Revelation, one of the beasts arises from the ocean (water) which represents "mankind/humanity". If you are pursuing interpretations, may I suggest this the "water" we are to be watching and not literal water....

It looks interesting I will probably listen to it when it's slow at work. I happen to think much of the bible is allegory and not literal, and the stories in it are a lot older than people think, and taken from many religions.

That is true, but take it from a veteran of "forced vacations", you are better off not getting into "convoluted waters"...
