Going John Galt, calling bluffs, and making life difficult for people is my preferred approach. I don't fall into the religious exemption or medical exemption categories (although I probably could if I tried hard enough). If you do fit in those categories I suppose you might as well go down that road, but it's too invasive for my tastes and feels like I'm losing. I prefer to take the "Do it faggot" approach.

I was driving and saw a license plate with “Shruggd” and “Who is John Galt” on the license plate holder. Thought it was interesting
The US Constitution (for Americans, obviously) is always the thing to fall back on. God gave us our free will. The US Constitution recognizes that God gave us these and other inalienable rights. The US Constitution guarantees those rights (it does not grant not give them - it simply guarantees them.)
Amendments 9 and 14 section 1 are, imo, the best ones to look to for support to your liberty. I think a case could be made for amendments 4 and 8, as well, but the first two seem the best in this instance, imo. All any of us need, really.
