Question for French Anons. Is it True 77% of Adults in France Have Taken a Covid 19 Vaccine?

Someone showed me a French Government post that claims this is true. But logical thinking tells me there would not be large scale manifestations if it is.

IDK how poling works in France, but if it's anything like in North America I would be very skeptical.
