Yes, but growing your own food is impractical for at least 50% of the population. And with deceptive labeling, it's not wrong to blame the regulators that willfully turn a blind eye to the fraud. How many people know that all flour grown and sold in the US contains added iron? How can any farmer guarantee what happens at the elevators and distributors?
