Will there be a future test for people to determine whether or not they've been vaxxed with the saline solution or the actual mRNA Vaccine?

There was a “control” group that was receiving saline placebo shots but Pfizer, in their “wisdom”, decided to inform the control group that they received a saline placebo because it was “unethical” to give them a placebo during a plandemic. As a result, most of the control group subsequently received the rona jab. So, Pfizer intentionally got rid of the control group which is necessary in order to determine safety and efficacy!
