Ego, IMO. The case he makes against Frank is weak.

As best I can tell, he’s pissed because Dr Frank is advising some states to push for audits of certain counties (as opposed to every county in the state). Frank’s argument is that the cost of full audits can be a barrier.
Plus some weak insinuation that Frank is only in it for the money.
No....Frank is pushing for canvassing INSTEAD of a forensic audit....and time is running out.
Piton always seemed engaged on the audit....Dr. Frank seemed like a grifter IMO....just a feeling.
But the issue is that Frank stole the results from Piton, and now Dr. Frank is coming out against forensic audits...if you listen. Frank wants canvassing instead....and I don’t necessarily disagree...still listening.

Jovan is misrepresenting Frank’s argument, IMO.
In states where they aren’t getting any support for a full forensic audit (main objection is the cost), Frank is suggesting alternative methods to find evidence of fraud. Then use that evidence to demand the full audit.
