It's just a question posed to a group of like-minded individuals about something unusual that was observed in the world. This could be nothing, this could be relevant, that's why I asked.
I’ve never seen street lamps but I know a lotta the bathrooms in gas stations do it to keep the junkies out. It’s like that in a lotta Louisville. Maybe they’re gonna try that in LA, San Fran, every other democratic shithole to discourage the open drug use.. smh
Edit: to explain why, under the black lights you can’t locate the vein as easily to inject.
Maybe to attract bugs up to the lights instead of buzzing customers below? I have not seen these "black lights" personally, unless for bug zapping and eye annoyance , makes little sense to me why they would use them, the light they create is not something people can use to see, it is out of our range of sight.
I did find this here - Dec 01, 2019 · The bitter flavoring of tonic water is due to the presence of quinine, which glows blue-white when placed under a black light. thought it curious considering the current topics. heh If on highways, maybe Black lights combined with cameras to more easily snap shots of the license plates?
Are there emergency call boxes on the light poles in question? You see that alot on campuses and large parking lots. The black/purple light is to help you find them if you have an emergency.
I read about this the other day. I think it had something to do with a magnet sticking to your arm after the jab, but the black lights are to light up the arms to find those who've had the jab and then those who haven't had the jab. Just another way to locate the anti-vaxxers.
This answer is going to come entirely out of left field...
But I once saw a part in this documentary about the cabal. All these officials of this government was at this concert and it was dark and the lights were flashing and then suddenly it goes pitch black except for some black lights and you just see scary ass glow in the dark lizard eyes and then it just goes black..
I live in Western NC and all of our street lights are blacklights. We literally didn't see anyone put these blacklights in and we have cameras all over the place. Very odd
HOW is this on topic to the WIN
We're thinkers?
Could relate to the vaxx. Speculation, but worth considering.

They are going up on rural highways according to one guy in NC.
Charlotte is full of these. A local news said they were faulty bulbs and will be replaced. More bullshit. I think this is part of tracking the vaxxed.
good theory as the vax tattoo may be visible under a blacklight
Do you think they could be a response inducing mechanism? Like 5G?
Dont know. "A call for an uprising " did a segment on this. That's where he showed this. No way I could stomach local news from Charlotte.

Saw in interview re: vaxx and there was a mention that they have been installed near Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Some people think that the ingredients in the vaxx mystery drugs might light up in some way or be identifyable under black lights.
