I have noticed my wife and I have definitely become more aware of what we should be taking on a daily basis just for improved health and well being. There are so many supplements and vitamins that eliminate the need for certain prescription drugs. I had no idea there were this many alternatives to improve general health. Turmeric is a new one for me or Quercetin. Even the importance of Zinc. It’s pretty obvious to us that the medical complex doesn’t want us to know about these supplements and vitamins, they just want repeat business.

I used to be a big fan of getting all the nutrients we need from selecting healthy foods. I still am, but research I have done recently suggests that our food may have been purposefully depleted of those necessary vitamins and minerals.
Supplementing our diets with these things may be necessary for now, but we need to actively work to bring back good farming practices, with field rotations, fallow fields, no pesticides, and no weather manipulation (or no evil weather manipulation).
Insects are not the enemy, they are part of the process. There are other paths to reduce their effects, paths taken for thousands of years before the 20th centuries mandates of micromanagement. Healthy plants, full of the vitamins and minerals they are supposed to have, are bug resistant. Fields that are allowed to be fallow, rotating different crops in, not over-planting, all produce more healthy crops. Yet more and more we eliminate those things from regular farm production. And then we eat the products of bad farming practices. EVERYONE eats these products, and we don't get the vitamins and minerals we need.
The Banking machine has completely taken over our system. It controls everything we do, eat, breath, see and think. It controls the economic choices we make. It controls our every movement.
We must all stand up together against this monstrosity. For us individually our influence is local, and it is locally that we can make a difference. But we are many, which means there are many locales that we can influence. We must fight for a world where we don't need to look to vitamin supplements to get what we should be getting in our diets.
But in the meantime, I agree with the assertion in the OP; we need to take supplements to counteract the deliberate act of malnutrition by the evil Banking machine.
