Revelation 6 covers the first 6 seals. The first 4 are the 4 horsemen: a conqueror who is given a crown (leadership and power), another given a sword to make war, another with scales to represent scarcity and famine, lastly death. Through war, disease, and famine and the beasts of the field these four are given power over the fourth part of the earth to kill.
The 5th seal is the cry of the martyrs in Heaven. The 6th seal looks like a nuclear exchange.
I think the shots serve several purposes:
To weaken us with poisons.
To train us to accept more shots.
To prepare us for the mark.
Current theory:
The conqueror gave a crown to Biden. War will come shortly with China over Taiwan and other properties. This war will consume the US and China, creating a world shortage of food as the US is taken out. China wins (don't mind the oil and the wine - luxuries).
During the war we see multiple waves of germ warfare requiring wave after wave of vaccines. A chip is implemented worldwide to track who is fully vaccinated. The chip is the mark. The chip is promoted by the Pope who declares everything miraculous. The abomination of desolation comes when Israel invites the pope to the third temple and publicly accept the pope as their spiritual leader. The pope declares himself God and stands in the temple, possibly on the old ark of the Covenant and the Abomination of Desolation is fulfilled.

Other say that it is not even a vaccine, it is a delivery system.
What might be the payload ?
Some are saying that the delivery system will/has delivered different payloads
