Great timing on this! I have a ridiculous amount of money with Chase, but just yesterday (Saturday morning) I opened an account with a well regarded credit union. I’ll be transferring a lot of $ out of Chase this week, enough that I will surely be questioned by the branch manager. If so, I’m going to show them this photo that I just screenshot (Flynn’s letter) and tell them that is why I’m leaving. 😃
