Relevant comment on Mail&Guardian's slating of 'The People's War'

I didn’t read your critique, but just because I am white and therefore a racist… and obviously I must think because you are black or an ANC supporter that you must be talking “Recycle trash”…

I have no facts to therefore present as a valid and intelligent argument but please people believe my opinion (and this was sarcasm if I was being too subtle).

So just to be argumentative as I have absolutely no proof to base my opinion… and that I am jealous because you provided so much irrefutable proof to support your critique… and which shows that the ANC would never have dreamed of using propaganda, were far too saintly to ever spread misinformation, that they were in reality honest, gentle upstanding people who would never commit crimes against humanity and heaven forbid all those necklace victims.. … Victims who must have either been figments of imagination or they were all perpetrated by whites.

We all should know that it would be unpatriotic and anti-ANC to even think that struggle heroes and role-models like Winnie Mandela would ever have encouraged children to go out with their boxes of matches and necklaces and have free license to commit mass murder against fellow blacks.

Because obviously the majority of blacks all supported the ANC back then and there would not have been any reason to terrorize ones own people into following your heavenly benevolent peaceful cause. It was all just white lies to paint apartheid as a shining picture and condemn ANC… wait a second I have not yet mentioned apartheid yet. My bad!

There you have it… my critique of your critique with as much validity offered as yours.
