They used Harrison Pope, nickname Skippy, to condemn Cesar Sayoc. Pope is "one of the most highly cited psychiatrists of the 20th century". Why did they need such a high profile psychiatrist for such an obviously dangerous nutter? Mkes you think they needed is assessment to give weight to the sentence.
