It doesn’t say you have to be black in the requirements section, I wonder what they’d say when a white guy showed up for the interview? If he was highly qualified, would they deny him the job because of his skin color?

Remember a while back when the white guy from South Africa checked African-American on his college paperwork? They made such a fuss about it!
