It is an interesting question, but I am of the opinion psychological force is still force. Just because the mechanism isn't as clearly defined as physical force does not mean it is any less threatening. Telling a parent their child will have to suffer and go hungry if they do something can be every bit as debilitating as physical restraint.
Anything with a material effect on your livelihood is force. For example, "if you don't take the shot, we'll take your house." Or, "if you don't take the shot, you can't go to the grocery store." All of that is "force."

Actually he is correct. There is a choice here, be it a very hard one. A choice is given, though.
