As someone who was over there, this list is pretty old and a lot of that stuff is from 10 years ago and was never fully maintained. When I was there 12 years ago there was at least 3/4 of that list already rusting on the runways because the afghan army was too incompetent on learning how to keep the shit running.

That being said, I don't know what Biden sent over since he took office, I've heard it's a lot.
