At will employer state (they can fire for whatever reason).

Saying your body is Holy by God and vaccines have aborted fetal cell lines doesnt work...what do?

Tell them as soon as the approved vaccine is available you will take it. That should be in 2024. Again the most important thing here is make them fire you. Don't quit. The info on the approved vaccine is out there and shows its not yet available.

Bait them to create the legal paper and action trail that works in your favor. Drive the process in your favorable direction. Make them fire you vs quitting, notify me in writing please, etc.

Saw something somewhere, maybe here, that a reference to 'fetal' cells was a bad idea, but to mention that the vaxxes are 'protein tested using 'abortion-derived cell lines'' was a better religious exemption phrasing. Semantics is war.

Lawsuit is good and well but I need some other statements that could be accepted before it gets to that point. I want to expend as much time and energy on getting the exemption before they fire me.

I work in healthcare for a company that is very liberal/leftist company and my religious exemption was approved based on the fetal cell line argument. Did they by chance ask you if you’ve ever received any vaccines prior to Covid? If so, what did you put as your answer.

If my employer mandates the jab I'm gonna have my lawyer draw up paperwork that states they are requiring I receive the jab or they will terminate my employment and if I agree to take the jab(which will never happen) they are responsible for any and all medical expenses related to the affects of the jab.
