Please quote where in that opinion it says anything about recalling electors. I can't find it anywhere. What I can find is language supporting a states right to punish unfaithful electors. Nothing about recalling them or overturning anything that I can find.
If fraud is proven to have been committed in a presidential election, that act of fraud vitiates the Electoral College votes cast by that state. Arizona, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada and other states absolutely have authority to recall their electors and force them to faithfully cast new votes for the rightful winner of the 2020 election – or, to simply strip their votes away from the fraudulent candidate who cheated.

There are plenty of ways to remove him from office after he's been sworn in. However, the entire government is too corrupt to follow The Constitution and do the right things, so the military will have to remove them all. The military IS the only way, just not for the reason you state.
