Please quote where in that opinion it says anything about recalling electors. I can't find it anywhere. What I can find is language supporting a states right to punish unfaithful electors. Nothing about recalling them or overturning anything that I can find.
There are plenty of ways to remove him from office after he's been sworn in. However, the entire government is too corrupt to follow The Constitution and do the right things, so the military will have to remove them all. The military IS the only way, just not for the reason you state.
