'affecting my health' is not an argument. If it was, you could rob other people for the $ to buy food, vitamins, gym memberships, sports equipment - all criminal activity.

Its simply not an imposition that is legal. If Mitt hates liberty so much, there is a place specially for him where he will probably meet his end.. a prison.
