I just kinda wonder what the self selection looks like and if it "looks like America" or if the tokens and affirmative action quotas are willing to stand up for their oath or if they will bend the knee and bow the head so they do not see their duty

Good question. I suppose we'll find out. I have no idea how many retired flag officers there are across the service branches, or their demographic makeup compared to active service members.
