The explosion was underground. The RV was a cover. BUT WHY??

ATT servers (large data storage, think PCAPS/Dominion) were in the building, beside where the van blew up. Reportedly a hole was blown in the wall by the van detonation. I do remember video and images supporting dew or missile stike.

Reports at the time were saying it took out servers at an AT&T building nearby for what it's worth.
