The Port of LA has been like that for months now. I know some people that work at the docks and they have been told (and think it is) because of covid. They are working overtime and everything and yet they think nothing of why it's really like that.

It's because the white hats took control of the ports and are doing a proper search of every ship for Club K, kids, and other contraband.
