Provisions in law essentially confiscate people's crap if they commit treason (or any capital crime, for that matter). The EO is more or less a surface execution that does little more than what can already be done.

I think Trump purposely left behind a huge gaping hole in election security so that he can bait the enemy into taking it. He then applied pressure on China with a massive trade war so that they'd be forced to do something stupid like interfere in the American election or release a virus, playing right into Trump's hand. He's spent his entire life laying traps for people in his dealings.

If we are under COGCON2, Trump's running a shadow government already. More people need to be pushed to the precipice to wake up. Afghanistan, Border Crisis? Only the beginning.
