Just had a contretemps the other day with some UK facebook members berating a gal for contemplating stocking up for Christmas dinner. They all had the same message: If you store food, you are selfishly causing shortages.
Pre-planned messaging, obviously.

If your Granny, Great-Granny, etc didn't stockpile food for the winter, you wouldn't be here. I've been shopping ever since.
