I HATE Chase. Several years ago, we were in a bad financial spot and we got behind on the credit card. They took me to court. I am not saying I didn't owe it, but it was so over the top. The ONLY good part about it was it froze the interest. But I paid all of it back. I was super pissed a couple of years ago when our mortgage got sold to them, but thankfully, they turned around and sold it within a couple of months. (Does Chase look at every mortgage it buys for "reputational risk?)

Over 10 years ago Bank of America cancelled two of my credit cards. No explanation given. Never unpaid. I decided then I would never do any business with them again, even if they asked. Paid off the credit cards ASAP.

Chase has always been a shit bank. I switched away from them years ago. Switch to USAA or Navy Federal Credit Union. You have to be active or retired or a veteran or family of someone in the military to use the bank.

It is only a matter of time.

I was trying to refinance my 4.8% home moetgage last year when rates got low. They dragged out my application for 3 months making all kinds of absurd demands for documentation and then denied me. I have great credit and have qualifications way beyond what they need. they just wanted to keep their 4.8% loan.

I got a loan from another bank in a week. fuck them.

What has happened to Judge Emmet Sullivan? We haven’t heard anything more about him in months.
