it prevents disease. do you want dick rot? I dont think so. FGM removes nerves from the clit and cervix, the express purpose is so women dont enjoy sex. its also performed at 6 or 7 when the girls are aware and without painkillers. circumcision is done right after birth to minimize trauma. yeah they're pretty different.
