Why does this guy flip so much? He makes sense one day and is bizarrely insane another. Can speak properly one time and then can barely produce a coherent sentence the next time.

He is reading from a teleprompter. If it told him to go in his Depends on TV, he’d oblige. Reality is the Cabal must kick a little dirt over their evil periodically. But give it 5min, they’ll find a way to quickly uncover and polish it up.
