It was a rollercoaster, up and down. I started the day after I knew I was sick. Never got tested but my husband had to for work. He was positive. We were miserable together, but not afraid. BTW, he never ran fever but had a worse cough.
Thanks. We are starting to head back into the office a few days per week. I isolate on purpose so haven't been exposed to many people the last 18 months. I usually feel like crap the next day after being in the office, not sure if that's because the dust in the office, vaccinated shedding spike proteins, or it's in my head, lol.
My son ran a low grade fever then it stopped and he thought he would get better but, ended up in the er that night and started sweating, leaving puddles of water on his bed Oo was real bizarre, he was telling me about the nurse complaining in an baffled tone about the lake he was making. They got him on iv fluids of course and steroids and some cocktail and his system calmed down again and he went back home in the morning. heh.
March 2020 had terrible wracking cough but no fever ever. Since summer 2020 Iβve had off/ on phantom burning cigarettes smells.(never smoked- no smokers in family) negative ENT workup- told it coukd be βviralβ. PCP would not do antibody test. Iβm assuming I had the WUflu March 2020!
Same here. Except in November 2020, loss of smell completed for about three weeks, headache and insomnia were my other symptoms with a little drainage. Still have intermittent sense of the air smells hot/burning. My kids had varying fevers, coughs, sore throat and headaches atgr same time, all partially lost smell.
Was it severe all 15 days or lingering? Did you start the meds right away or after a few days? Glad you're OK!
